- Lead and manage a team of technicians, through site maintenance supervisors
- 2 manufacturing sites, 11 team members
- Manage technician task load, performance and work quality
- Create and implement team training and upskilling plans
- Preform maintenance tasks as required
- Preform project tasks as required
- Work together with Operations Managers to ensure manufacturing KPI's are achieved
- Improve and report on MTTR and MTBF
- Manage and build relationships with sub-contractors, equipment suppliers and service providers
- Strict stock management of critical spares
- Manage the control and standards of the workshop equipment and housekeeping
- Implementation and planning of preventative maintenance schedules
- Implement and maintain health and safety procedures
- Initiate, cost, and manage critical improvement projects across all operations areas
- Create cost savings and efficiency improvement project plans for approval
- Submit and present monthly maintenance and project update reports
- Manage and accountable to annual repairs and maintenance budget
