- Implementation and maintenance of equipment management processes and associated risk for Barloworld Equipment and our customers.
- Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability includes management of Human Resource Value chain.
- Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risks.
- Managing of all the planning departments' outputs.
- Matric and B Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Diploma/Degree will be advantageous
- Business development skills and knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
- Sound business and financial acumen
- Sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations
- Computer literate (MS Office) CRM, SAP will be an advantage
- Understanding of the internal functions of the business
- Mechanical reasoning, knowledge of earthmoving equipment and industry
- Customer responsiveness, influence and negotiating skills
- Results orientated, available to travel as and when required
- Understanding of processes /procedures of Maintenance owned contract sites
- Understanding of OEM Warranty processes
