Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in the factories.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to efficiently maintain all production equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address any potential issues.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance projects under tight deadlines.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities to effectively lead a team.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
