Description
Manage and maintain key accounts relationships at senior management level.
Co-ordinate the sales activities for allocated strategic accounts.
Provide customers with a single point of contact.
Apply the agreed pricing framework/customer discount structure.
Ensure servicing dealer and staff involvement at all times.
Provide a sales engineering service to ensure correct vehicle selection.
Ensure escalation of applicable topics to national level.
Provide a transport consultancy service to demonstrate total operating costs.
Contribute to the overall CSM results.
Update the CRM activities daily.
Co-ordinate after sales activities for allocated strategic accounts
Requirements
Qualifications:
Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
Relevant tertiary qualification
Skills:
Computer Literate
Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills
Time Management Skills
Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
Problem Solving Skills
Assertive and possess decision making skills
Good understanding of operational aspects of the business
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Able to be hands on
Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Experience:
Experience in the selling of heavy commercial vehicles - 5 years
