Responsibilities
Effectively execute outbound telesales procedures in accordance with the SOP on outbound telesales procedures.
Order taking and processing
Action specified tasks from cycle brief or operational requirements from National Operations Manager
Effectively execute stock allocation.
Grow and maintain the customer base in order to achieve the sales target.
Manage call logs and interactions with customers.
Effectively execute product changes.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Diploma relating to Sales, Marketing, Hospitality management or Food and Beverage management.
- Certificate from Cape Wine Academy.
- 2-3 years sales and telesales experience in a related FMCG environment.
- Candidates must be bilingual in English, Zulu & Xhosa.
