As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the finance team and department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and budget management.
Requirements
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Assist in developing cost-effective strategies.
- Month-end Close: Manage month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Ensure financial data is complete and accurate.
