Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all management reporting requirements of the Hollard Group
- Preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual divisional and entity inputs into Flash Results, Management accounts, Group Exco and Board packs
- Review Business Performance Measures (Performance cell levels) and provide analytical support to the Group Reports
- Provide financial support in assessing business performance by monitoring the key financial metrics, key ratios, regulatory risks, insurance reserving and other governance and risk management practices
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process across the Hollard Group
- Perform duties and maintain financial controls within the financial reporting environment
- Stakeholder Support: Actuarial and Business Units relationship and provide
- Project Support: Key player in group financial reporting projects: IFRS 17 Implementation / Adhoc requirements
- Ensure that management reporting addresses the requirements of stakeholders
- Research current best practise management reporting as well as make recommendations and implement change
