The management account will be acting as the Head of Commissions and will be responsible for overseeing the automation of commission processes to maximize efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of the commission process and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the commissions administration team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and report on revenue flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop a thorough understanding of all contractual arrangements related to revenue flows
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding revenue and contracts
- Take an active role in operational activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
- Thrive in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard
- BCom Degree or other relevant degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or management accounting team
- Proven experience in managing a small team of 5-7 individuals
- Strong operational background, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Industry experience in asset and wealth management is advantageous
