- Degree in Agriculture (added advantage)
- 5+ years of experience in citrus packhouse operations (focus on exports)
- In-depth knowledge of pack house practices
- Familiarity with electronic sizers and maintenance (MAFRODA) Sound understanding of supply chain software (PR3)
- Expertise in quality management systems like Global Gap, Tesco Nurture, HACCP, etc.
- Computer skills - MS Office, Outlook, and more!
