Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Control Configuration Management policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure development and maintaining the Configuration Management process in alignment with BCXs standards.
- Manage and review the efficiency and effectiveness of the Configuration Management process to ensure the alignment to BCXs standards.
- Produce management information in alignment with BCXs policies and procedures.
- Provide effective reporting for the ITIL discipline (Configuration Management) in BCX and clients to maintain and improve the processes implemented.
- Create and manage the Configuration Management plan, principles and processes and their implementation, which includes CI registration procedures, access controls and privileges.
- Ensure that the correct roles and responsibilities of relevant parties are defined in the Configuration Management plans and procedures.
- Propose and agree with, Configuration Items (CIs) to be uniquely identified with naming conventions.
- Ensure that all staff comply with identification standards for object types, environments, processes, life cycles, documentation, versions, formats, baselines, releases, and templates.

Grade 12 & 7 years experience
