Product Manager (CRM & Salesforce)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce within the banking industry.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development, enhancement, and optimization of our CRM and Salesforce solutions to improve customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, set priorities, and deliver exceptional solutions that align with the bank's business objectives.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the CRM and Salesforce platforms, aligning with the bank's strategic goals and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive product differentiation.
Requirements Gathering And Documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to gather business requirements and understand user needs.
  • Create comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide the development and engineering teams.
Product Development And Enhancement
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new CRM and Salesforce features and updates.
  • Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business impact, and resource constraints.
Customer Experience And Usability
  • Champion the customer's perspective in the development process, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve product usability and functionality.
Sales Enablement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify tools and features that enhance their efficiency and effectiveness in customer engagement and sales processes.
  • Implement salesforce automation processes and features to optimize sales performance.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRM and Salesforce initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze product performance data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance And Security
  • Ensure that the CRM and Salesforce platforms adhere to all regulatory requirements and security standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma or certifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on CRM and Salesforce solutions within the banking industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and their integration within banking operations.
  • Familiarity with salesforce automation tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry, customer journey, and sales processes.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into product strategies.
