Job Description
A Go-To-Market, Adoption and strategic Digital Projects Manager with responsibilities, such as:
- Generating customer insights: Generate in-depth insights by understanding customer needs using customer validation, persona creation, and customer discovery techniques.
- Market benchmarking: Deploy strategies to gain more information about the Digital market, such as market segmentation, Cohort description, market development, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis.
- Project planning: Outline the complete go-to-market strategy and project plan for Digital Adoption.
- Ensuring cross-functional collaboration: Steer cross-functional teams across sales, service, product, Marketing, development, content, legal, operations, and finance. Evaluate ideas, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process.
- Tracking launch progress: Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities.
- Digital Adoption: Drive Digital Adoption through customer messaging, campaign management, and other digital contact techniques used in the market.
Service Delivery: Deliver Digital services as per agreed performance contract.
Understand and apply existing best practice frameworks to assist in the implementation of identified subject matter processes and standards.
Provide specialist advice and support in area of accountability to ensure that identified solutions and recommendations are appropriate and effective.
Identify and recommend new innovative ways of achieving quality results.
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
