The purpose of the Management assistant role is to provide proactive, professional, effective and efficient administrative support to the Momentum Securities CEO and the Strategy steering committee.

Qualifications:
- Matric
- Secretarial diploma/ related
- 8 years experience as a personal assistant of which 5 as an executive personal assistant
- Experience in project management( added advantage)
- Diary management and logistics
- Responsible for scheduling and managing diaries including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts, proactively scheduling important meetings to ensure that the CEO makes best use of their time.
- Organizes and coordinates all travel and related requirements in a timely manner and according to best practices, includes but not limited to, quotations, bookings, itineraries, expense reports.
- Set up and provide meeting rooms and arrange for refreshments for meetings and presentations.
- Organise and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings
- Assist CEO by being proactive and contributing to the ease of business, effectiveness, efficiency, and new initiatives.
- Assist with CEOs responsibilities and working more closely with Momentum Securities Strategy Steering Committee
- Ad-hoc secretarial duties for the department such as expense claims, ordering/purchasing of office consumables, filing, etc.
- Coordinating conferences/workshops/functions/meetings as required.
- Taking minutes during meetings. Types and distributes the minutes timeously.
- Proactively tracks important items discussed in meetings.
- Provides administrative assistance in projects as and when required.
- Deal with incoming email and corresponding on behalf of CEO where needed.
- Conduct research and presenting findings on various projects.
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Meet and greeting visitors
