Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams within the four business pillars to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of business goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of engineering principles to make informed decisions related to Design Engineering and Construction and Procurement.
- Address technical challenges and ensure projects are executed with the highest level of quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Apply strong business acumen to oversee Sales and Financial Administration activities, aligning them with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize extensive project management experience to oversee projects within the Construction and Engineering division.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring successful project execution.
- Facilitate clear communication between different business pillars, ensuring alignment and effective coordination.
- Communicate project updates and business performance to stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactively identify challenges across all pillars and implement solutions to overcome them.
- Make well-informed decisions that balance technical, financial, and operational considerations.
- Align activities within all four pillars with the overarching strategic goals of the company.
- Develop and execute strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business unit.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering is required; MBA is a potential advantage.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Senior Project Manager background and an MBA will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
