- Accountable for Profit and Loss of the organisation.
- Efficient cost optimisation
- Strategies for Revenue Growth and identify and manage potential risks.
- Oversee the attainment of expense budget and revenue budgets.
- Ensure that all key members are consistently updated in alignment with the company's goals.
- Training of employees on company values and strategy.
- Cultivate a good culture within the organisation.
- Champion employee well-being, ensure adherence to labour regulations.
- Oversee the quality of products and standards along with exceptional customer service.
- Nurture strong relationships and foster close connections with external and internal stakeholders.
