Resume Reviewer Job Specification

We're seeking a Resume Reviewer to join our team on a new, highly-regarded campaign in the resume writing industry.
As a Resume Reviewer at Mango5, you'll be responsible for providing feedback and guidance on improving job seekers' resumes through a video review. You'll also be helping job seekers write accomplishment-based bullet points and include relevant keywords in their resumes. Responsibilities
- Review job seekers' resumes and provide feedback on how to improve their resumes through a 10-15 minute video review
- Provide general resume feedback and show job seekers how to write accomplishment-based bullet points and include keywords from their target job
- Add notes for the job seeker as needed
- Check all spelling & grammar in the workspace
- Upload video to submit for QA
- Make any corrections requested by QA, if required, and resubmit
To be successful in this role, you should have;
- Strong vocabulary and command of language: Have a wide range of vocabulary and the ability to use language effectively and accurately.
- Clear and concise writing style: Able to convey ideas and information in a clear, concise manner that is easy to understand.
- Good grammar and spelling: Have a strong understanding of grammar and spelling rules and are able to apply them effectively in their writing.
- Attention to detail: Pay attention to detail and are able to proofread your work carefully to ensure that it is error-free.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Research skills: Ability to gather and organize information from a variety of sources, and use that information to support your writing.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt your writing style and tone to fit the needs of your clients.

Salary
- R13000 and R1000 KPI incentive (quality and adherence).
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

RequirementsMin Requirements
- Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
- A formal qualification in Linguistics, English, Journalism or a related field (Highly advantageous)
- Working experience within a writing and editing field (preferred)
- Proficiency with video editing software (advantageous)
- Experience with screen sharing and captioning
- Clear criminal record
