Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the entire manufacturing process,
• Ensuring efficient production and delivery of energy products. You will
• Lead a team of dedicated individuals,
• Implementing strategic plans and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing management
• Experience in the energy industry
• Experience in operations and management
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with safety and quality regulations
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
