As a Telegram Market Development Manager youll be supporting in the spearheading the telegram project. You would be required to drive the strategic direction of the brand and product on Telegram, leveraging the existing and established global acquisition and retention teams, as well as driving new, Telegram specific acquisition channels

What Youll Be Doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overall Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Telegram-specific marketing strategy to support the global brand strategy to maximize revenue and profitability. Have a core understanding of how features like Gamification and A.I can be used to increase market share and drive revenue.
  • Revenue Accountability: Take full ownership of the bottom-line revenues for the Telegram Casino Platform, with a focus on consistent growth. Monitor and analyze regional KPIs and metrics, react quickly to under performance and optimise activity accordingly.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to continually stay abreast of current trends in this product vertical and to identify opportunities and trends in the worldwide online casino industry as a whole.
  • Product Knowledge: Be the knowledge expert for the Telegram platform, with clear understanding of how using features such as Groups, Channels, Stories and Subscriptions etc. can be used to drive traffic to the brand, increase engagement and ultimately drive Retention and revenue on the brand/s.
  • Keep key business stakeholders, e.g. Acquisition and Retention Services, Technical Heads of Portfolios, Compliance, etc. abreast of trends, challenges and opportunities present in each region/target market pertaining to Telegram, in order to influence the product development roadmaps. Customer Acquisition: Support global acquisition efforts with regionally targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships to drive customer growth.
  • Retention Marketing: Support global retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn ensuring all marketing activities are relevant to each target market on the Telegram platform, aligning with each focus market's preferences and regulations.
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure all marketing initiatives appeal and perform at the local level, continually optimizing to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Drive the multichannel marketing strategy for the focus markets working with and influencing business stakeholders to achieve optimum performance.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and overall business performance.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local gaming regulations and ensure the company's operations adhere to all legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on market performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
  • Work with internal development teams to fix issues and deliver constant improvements in the core product offering.
  • Customer Acquisition: Support global acquisition efforts with regionally targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships to drive customer growth.

Essential Skills Youll Bring To The Table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
  • Proven experience working in a marketing/product focused role specializing in Telegram and/or similar platform
  • Solid understanding of Crypto currencies
  • Proven experience working in high pressured environment
  • Experience in growing markets/brands with demonstrable examples
  • Significant experience of working with product developers, legal and compliance and marketing teams
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to conceptualize, discuss and present data, results and proposals internally and externally
Desirable Skills Youve Got Up Your Sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • 3 - 5 years iGaming experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within short timelines
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
