Role Objectives
- We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Recruitment Researcher supporting our team, to recruit for a variety of positions for our COEs (BI, IT, Analytics, Actuarial functions).
- Place suitable candidates to meet our internal customer requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with Hollard Group goals.
- Develop and manage internal customer and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles.
- Tactfully headhunt and source for both passive and actively looking candidates through various channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates in the Applicant Tracking System
- Screen and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to conduct candidate screening/interviews and formatting their CVS.
- Participate in recruitment meetings with consultants and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
- Analyze recruitment market trends and conduct Business Development research into new segments.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment practices, and new sourcing methods.
- Additional sourcing duties as assigned by the consultant.
