Job Description
Sells the organisation merchandise according to agreed targets. Effectively markets stock to customers and manages stock control to ensure constant availability of stock to clients.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF 4
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential (marketing of agricultural equipment like tractors and combines)
- Technical knowledge and experience in Case brand agricultural equipment will serve as recommendation
- Willing to undergo continuous training
- Effectively sell and market Whole Goods within the relevant area (Case Products)
- Installation and programming of tractors, combines and other agricultural equipment
- Manage inventory to ensure product quality and availability
- Ensure that all systems, documentation and procedures are correct
- Ensure that policies and procedures are complies with legislation
- Optimization of storage facilities within VKB
- Facilitation and coordination of human resource function within the relevant department
- Comply with VKB's risk management policy
- Ensure that the administrative policy of whole goods is set up and implemented
- Coordination of whole goods logistics on a daily basis
- Planning of quantity and specification of whole goods on a daily basis
- Strong marketing skills and ability
- Conflict management skills
