Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring the timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Organize and schedule meetings, presentations, and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing-related documents.
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the co-founder.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical marketing assets and files.
- Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns related to events, partner marketing opportunities, and lead-generation activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Track and manage marketing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Oversee the loading and allocation of leads in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Utilize analytics to assess marketing campaigns' effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make actionable recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
- A reliable high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 75-100Mbps).
- A personal laptop or desktop computer, and an external monitor.
- A sufficient backup power supply to manage potential power outages.
- A high-quality headset with a built-in microphone.
- Flexibility to work hours that align with the client's time zone (CST).
