Responsibilities
The successful incumbent will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing and communication activities to drive brand awareness and support our sales initiatives.
Duties will include the following:
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing and communication activities in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager and Coatings national team.
- Define and manage the annual marketing and communications budget.
- Support sales initiatives and marketing campaigns with promotional and exposure materials.
- Coordinate and support the Sales Team with regional meetings and events involving market influencers and associations.
- Enhance the company's brand presence in the local market through new communication channels and digital solutions.
- Assist the Sales Team with brand and customer-specific presentations.
- Collaborate with the Technical Team to define and implement digital tools that meet the local market needs.
- Maintain regular communication with Marketing, Communications, and Digital teams in EMEA to stay updated on new initiatives supporting the local market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing and communication
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
- Experience in rolling out digital tools is a distinct advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
- Metrics-driven mindset with a creative flair
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
