Minimum Requirements For The Role
- Must have completed a National Senior Certificate
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is essential
- Knowledge of and experience in social media platforms and creative content writing will be required
- Must have effective planning and organisational skills
- Good writing and communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required
- Must be able to manage complete projects from start to finish
- Must have integrity and be exceptionally discretionary
- Assist with all marketing activities and report directly to the Head Office in Cape Town regarding approvals.
- Utilise effective marketing tools, such as social media and content writing to promote the company and brand.
- Coordinate various functions and events, such as Farmers days and Expos.
- Manage the reception area and attend to visitors.
- Perform PA functions, such as diary management and meeting arrangements.
- Manage the administrative function of the branch and assist the MD with various administrative tasks.
