Our client is looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager who can Plan, Execute & Oversee Marketing Campaigns, to join their team.
Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Advertising as well as both internal & external Communications.
- Social Media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube) and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- To ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various departments, including operations, product managers, and Exco team.
- Collecting client data, social media interactions & visits analysis, and use the outcomes to create a comprehensive report so that future social media strategies and campaigns can be improved.
- Progress reports for the Exco team and the MD
- Discover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing and product launch campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs thereof.
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of proven track record in brand management, brand marketing, marketing management.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Web/ Google Analytics
- Strong project management capabilities
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
- A strong understanding of the direct selling industry and social media content management/ marketing.
- Experience in loyalty and rewards advantageous
