Responsibilities
Sales and marketing:
- Follow and support teams and partners to achieve financial objectives
- Sales analysis and identification of areas for improvement
- Exploration of new and existing business opportunities
- Support the partners in the development of marketing strategies to accelerate market penetration
- Development of marketing strategies for innovative products
- Follow up and support in getting the marketing authorization for products
- Development of pricing strategies to maximize product penetration
- Support partners in the development of health economic analysis tools to support market penetration for products
- Adherence to all local and global policies at all times
- Adherence to local and international compliance rules
- Cross functional cooperation with all teams
Key relationships to achieve objectives:
- Partners managing portfolio
- Health authorities
- KOLs in the relevant disease areas
- Payers
- Company Management team
- MENAT-P team
- Cross functional team in company
- Degree or higher in marketing.
- Proven track record in a marketing management role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing marketing team/assigned territory preferably from Pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry
- Strong understanding of marketing applications/principles and building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
- High command in English
