Educational Requirements:
Matric
Relevant marketing or communications qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years’ experience
Must be computer literate and highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Great written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Creative and able to think out of the box
Own Transport is a MUST
Responsibilities:
Liaising with the courier service
Collection of stock / deliveries to various clients
Receptionist duties: answering the phone, door and providing refreshments etc.
Managing the stock inventory & apparel
Filing of marketing material and keeping it up to date
Managing promoters
Issuing of vouchers
Compiling hampers
Acquiring various marketing materials as required
Assisting with and participating in events, roadshows, exhibitions etc.
Assist the office manager where needed
Monitor the performance of the Website and update the POS system regarding pricing etc.
Updating & managing of all Social media platforms
Assisting with Internal marketing communication if needed
Able to work unsupervised and be a self-starter
Deadline driven
Additional information:
Salary R7 000 - R10 000
Working hours 08:30 – 16:30 Monday – Friday and every alternate Saturday half day
Own Transport & valid license
Clear crim & ITC record
