We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will be crucial in coordinating various aspects of new brand launches, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and successful execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinating New Brand Launches:
- Collaborate with retail and creative teams to ensure seamless and timely go-live of new brand launches on all platforms.
- Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the launch process.
- Asset Production Oversight:
- Brief and oversee suppliers to produce branded assets including flyers, store collateral, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure that all branded materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Manage the production timeline to ensure assets are delivered on time for each launch.
- Campaign Coordination Support:
- Assist the Brand Manager in coordinating the launch of marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary assets and information for campaign execution.
- Provide administrative support for campaign-related tasks such as scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and tracking expenses.
This job is for you if you have:
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday or similar platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in a related role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Having a keen eye for detail and simplifying complexity
- Enjoy working with a cross-functional team, and have an interest in solving challenges
- Be known for delivering high-quality work while keeping your own team productive, fun, and happy!
