Marketing Assistant

Description
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with the global marketing team to perform marketing functions for the company. You will be required to contribute to all areas of BAU marketing as well as to ad hoc projects, including digital marketing and general marketing administration.
Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills, have a high attention to detail, be dependable and be a team player.
Digital Marketing:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining the company's SharePoint intranet site, ensuring up-to-date content and efficient navigation
- Update Grapevine news stories
- Update newsletters & webcasts
- Update employee/ country stats
- Update quick links with updated policies & Org charts
- Ad hoc function page updates/ general support
Integrations
- Monthly creation and distribution of integration surveys,
- Gathering feedback, analysing survey results and drafting comprehensive reports for management review
- Maintaining integration survey tracker, ensuring surveys go out at the right time
- Preparing agendas and presentations for monthly country town hall meetings, and coordinating with department heads for agenda items
- Scheduling and overseeing monthly town hall meetings, ensuring smooth execution and recording meetings for follow-up distribution
- Creation of monthly town hall reports
- Oversee and update SharePoint calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and event tracking;
- Drafting and distributing internal communications, monthly Group newsletters
- Loading communications or social media requests on workflow approval system
- Set up of all communications on various emailing marketing systems
- Participating in brainstorming sessions, as well as assisting in the production of video materials
- Creating and distributing internal surveys, gathering feedback and share with relevant stakeholders
- Drafting and issuing monthly new joiners communications and onboarding surveys
- Managing end-to-end business card process, monitoring requests, coordination with the Brand team for creation, and distribution of completed cards
- Processing Marketing-related invoices and on-boarding new suppliers (as the Purchasing Officer)
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administration duties such as printing and binding, sourcing quotes, etc
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent, articulate grammar and writing skills

- Organised and Creative
- Ability to solve problems
- A degree in Marketing (not essential but an advantage)
- Basic Graphic Design skills (not essential but an advantage)
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in an assistant position (preferably in a Marketing/communications background)
- Ability to write and edit content to a professional standard
- Experience with email marketing platforms preferred
- Experience in the field of digital marketing preferred
- Experience working with external service providers such as printers, agencies and freelancers
The Marketing Assistant will report to the Communications Managers.
