About The Role
As Marketing Assistant Manager - Private Wealth and Family Offices, you own the execution of B2B multi-channel campaigns and programmes driving brand awareness and lead generation for this specific service portfolio. You will closely work with other marketers responsible for regional and practise marketing, global and regional sales colleagues, and practise subject matter experts in our global network. You have freedom and responsibility and are encouraged to actively think along with all facets of our marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the operational aspects of our PWFO marketing activities.
- Plan and execute (hands on) lead nurturing campaigns across the full marketing spectrum in support of the story we want to get across. Including, but not limited to:
- Content marketing
- Email marketing
- Organic LinkedIn
- Paid social media
- Sponsorship of key industry
- Event management
- Webinar management
- Safeguard and monitor that the tasks related to the PWFO marketing activities are picked up within the wider Group Marketing team through our project management and workflow system (Wrike).
- Work with external providers and associations
- Measure, analyse and track campaign component results and adjust where required.
- Develop close relationships with sales, communicate deliverables and results, increasing the campaign awareness as well as your personal profile and visibility.
- Work as a team across borders, functions, practises, and cultures.
- Understanding of Inbound marketing
- You are organised and a good communicator.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus).
- Between 3-5 years relevant marketing work experience in a B2B services industry
- Knowledge of services for HNWI and Family Offices, is a plus
- Experience in campaign management across the full marketing spectrum is required.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High levels of personal motivation and can work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across the company.
- Able to deal with different cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 360 is a plus)
