Role Responsibilities
- Monthly processing, tracking, and reporting of all invoices to Finance for the Outdoor team
- Monthly budget tracking
- Research: weekly reporting on competitor activities and trends instore and online
- Develop a process of stock take which manages the movement of stock within the department for production, events and activities
- Assist the team with shoot production requirements including sample management, scheduling of meetings, production briefs and shoot attendance when required.
- Ensure the marketing calendar and campaign timelines are outlined and up to date for all stakeholders
- Manage critical timelines of campaigns by liaising with partners and key internal stakeholders as required.
- Compile and brief PR on content requirements as outlined for the brand.
- Support PR as and when required on product requests, assistance at events and with planning of events.
- Oversee the promotion process per brand and ensure the team is up to date with requirements including key trade such as sale, Black Friday and other trading periods.
- Responsible for keeping the brand status document up to date weekly with projects that are on the go and upcoming.
- Responsible for instore POS and TV screen content update for the brand.
- Stock management through ensuring departmental stock is returned to store timeously post shoot / event.
- Mall marketing relations:
- Build relationships with the various marketing departments within shopping centres
- Share promotional activity and seasonal content with shopping centres
- Drive brand visibility through-our shopping centres
- Identify opportunities within shopping centres for tactical activity
- Drive campaign specific communication through centre channels
- Setting up and facilitating key meetings
- Oversee and facilitate instore music
- A relevant tertiary qualification (diploma or degree) in Marketing (completed studies)
- Minimum of 1 2 years experience in the Retail Industry
- Computer literacy (Intermediate MS Excel, Power point, and Word) CANVA advantageous
- Drivers license and own car required.
