Responsibilities include:
- managing the client feedback programme and external communication resources, while support performing data analysis and reporting.
- Coordination of events including, but not limited to, conferences, seminars, roundtables, webinars and social events.
- Coordinate availability of marketing materials, equipment and merchandise for events.
- Be the go-to person for creatively enhancing client facing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, proposals
- Draft and proofread internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.) and content for external marketing and communications material.
- Manage the design of literature, working with Business Support Manager, technical lead and regional marketing colleagues to ensure messaging is in line with objectives, and document is on brand (using PowerPoint and InDesign)
- Manage development of case studies to build ERMs credibility in proposals and marketing materials.
- Ensure materials are stored in a central repository accessible to all colleagues.
- Act as brand guardian and ensure consistency of visual identity across all media, suggest new ideas to improve client facing materials.
- Work with external design agencies, provide briefs, obtaining quotes, project manage the design process.
- Development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including the analysis generated from campaigns.
- Manage the Africa BU Marketing intranet sites (SharePoint) to ensure content is up-to-date.
- Act as BU Salesforce Super User. Support with the management of our salesforce tool, undertake regular analysis of the opportunity database.
- 4-5 years experience working in a marketing and/or communications environment.
- B2B or professional services experience.
- Design skills, experienced using Adobe InDesign (or other design programmes)
- Ability to think creatively, transforming content into graphics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to use MS Office applications Outlook, Word and PowerPoint to an excellent standard
- Good written communication skills (Experience as communications specialist would be advantageous)
- Experience in copywriting and editing
- Can work under pressure
- Good team player
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Marketing or Communications degree/ qualifications advantageous
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce advantageous
