RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between partner brands and Flash Group, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the campaign process.
Execute marketing strategies and plans in line with client objectives, focusing on the creation and implementation of impactful campaigns.
Brief in creative campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines.
Successfully project manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion, overseeing the production, distribution and installation of campaign materials.
Obtain approvals for artwork, creation, production, and distribution of campaign materials, ensuring compliance with client expectations and brand standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of campaigns, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
Conduct regular reporting and provide feedback on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree with good results (preferably with focus on Marketing, or Project Management)
Minimum of 3+ years Account Management experience (preferably agency experience) required
Strong project management skills
High analytical thinking abilities and initiative
Flexibility and team orientation
The complexities and demands of working with many diverse markets require strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in using Asana
Fintech familiarity a bonus
Creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing passion & B2B brands
