Job Purpose
Involved in the development, co-ordination and execution of all marketing campaigns. Support, and improve marketing team initiatives/ campaigns by collecting and analysing relevant sales and demographic data. Co-ordinate all paid marketing activity, manage sponsorships opportunities and facilitate customer research projects. Support the marketing team where required. Work closely alongside Junior Brand Manager and report into Marketing Manager.
Areas of Responsibility
- Manage cross functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns across stores and online are executed on time and to brief.
- Work with the marketing team to traffic all marketing activity efforts to appropriate channels.
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors, ensuring sustainability objectives are achieved.
- Manage and organise all marketing collateral.
- Organise and streamline all marketing team processes including invoicing, printing and deliveries to and from stores
- Coordinate Paid Marketing activities including receiving and compiling competition hampers, arranging product for social media stories content shoot, selecting social media competition winners and arranging hamper deliveries. Ensure implementation of marketing activities monthly.
- Manage the effective distribution process of Wellness Warehouse Magazine both internally and externally and contact winners to arrange delivery of hampers.
- Explore sponsorship opportunities and implement accordingly, including arranging support material and goodie bags.
- Uploading of ambassador / community rewards via the loyalty app.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and share with the marketing team on a monthly basis.
- Set up, and attend, customer focus groups on a monthly basis and collate and manage the feedback in a presentable form.
- Initiate and manage a bigger customer research survey on a quarterly basis and present findings to the marketing team.
- Support the junior brand manager, where needed, on local store marketing activities
- Support the marketing team in setting up tracking systems and reporting for marketing campaigns and online activities
- Bachelors degree in marketing/communications or related
- Two years of experience in a marketing co-ordination role or similar function
- Solid organisational skills and detail oriented.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
- Ability to work with data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- People orientated with the ability to work across teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Creative mind with good written and verbal communication skills.
