Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

Mission/Overview Of The Role

The mission of the Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator is to provide day-to-day operational support and project management. This role combines a firm knowledge of the tactical production side of Email & SMS Marketing and an understanding of a brands business to provide support on deadline execution, and communication across multiple channels, and to ensure the execution of a successful Lifecycle Marketing program.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution
  • Create and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling and engaging messaging that aligns with brand voice.
Segmentation and Personalization
  • Segment audiences based on behavioral and demographic data to tailor messaging.
  • Utilize dynamic content and personalization techniques to increase engagement and CVR.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Lifecycle Marketing Strategy
  • Contribute to the development of lifecycle marketing strategies that grow customer retention, ROI, and LTV.
  • Identify opportunities for targeted campaigns at different stages of the customer journey.
Testing and Optimization
  • Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and timing to maximize results.
Compliance and Best Practices
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with legal regulations and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in email and SMS marketing.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Must have experience with Klayvio (non-negotiable). Experience with Braze/Iterable is a plus, as is experience with Attentive and/or Postscript
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing is a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail
