Marketing Coordinator - External Brand and eCommerce

Our Marketing department is in search of a Marketing Coordinator (External Brand and eCommerce) to join our dynamic marketing team. The primary responsibilities will involve facilitating seamless communication and coordination of requirements between the ecommerce and marketing teams. Additionally, the incumbent will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our brand suppliers, driving income through supplier initiatives, and fostering collaborations to enhance our overall business objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand suppliers to ensure a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Regularly communicate with suppliers to gather information on new products, promotions, and marketing assets to enhance our ecommerce offerings.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the ecommerce and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign requirements, product launches, and promotional activities to effectively communicate and align with the ecommerce team.
  • Work closely with the ecommerce team to gather, prioritize, and communicate marketing requirements for product listings, website updates, and other ecommerce-related initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of marketing strategies on the ecommerce platform
Requirements
  • 3-4 years experience
  • Retail experience advantageous
  • Computer literacy (Intermediate MS Excel, Power point, and Word)
  • Numerical skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Service and customer orientated
  • Negotiation skills
Competencies
  • Organisational and administrative skills is a must
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets is a must
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Comfortable working across teams and departments.
