We are currently seeking a marketing/social media coordinator with administrative duties in Durbanville.
Job responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for supporting an innovative social media and traditional media strategy to support the Dentalwize brand voice across a variety of social media and other platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Twitter together with printed media among others.
- The Marketing Coordinator will also be tasked with expanding Dentalwize presence on key emerging social media channels. This position has an added requirement of aspects of Administrative Duties, Public Relations duties and relief reception when required.
- Assist in the execution of a comprehensive social media strategy to increase audience size, community engagement, and brand awareness.
- Manage our social communities by responding to customer service issues initiated through social channels.
- Monitor and engage in online conversation, including responding in a timely manner to mentions.•Drive conversation and engage as the official voice of Dentalwize within the communities.
- Schedule daily and weekly content on all channels.•Work cross-functionally with internal partners to create content.
- Assist in the writing of company blog posts as needed.
- Analyse social media KPIs and report weekly on the success of social efforts.
- Assist in the development of compelling content to drive followers and engagement.
- Coordinate contests and giveaways through social channels.
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging social trends.
- Public Relations coordination
- Admin Assistant duties and reception skills.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- BA in Marketing or similar relevant field
- Location: Durbanville
- Availability: July 2018
- Must have own transport
