The Digital Marketing Manager will be also be accountable for determining KPIs and digital marketing campaign targets.Responsibilities:
- Manage current digital activity against key performance metrics, defining goals for each channel and finding innovative ways of reporting back to the business including email, PPC, display and social channels
- Create the SEM strategy, to increase organic traffic and create a link building strategy. Ensuring technical optimisation and content outreach are aligned and on brand.
- Develop the online lead generation plan, ensuring commercial focus and developing transparent reporting to assess the success of the activity.
- Create and deliver a social media strategy aligned to digital, PR and marcoms activity. Responsible for the creation and implementation of the social media policy.
- Establish and maintain the reporting analysis for online activity, making data driven recommendations.
- Work with departmental managers and directors to develop marketing plans and strategies
- Effectively manage digital marketing platforms including the cooperate website, social media and microsites
- Reviewing and developing the brand strategy to ensure that the company image is consistently and successfully promoted.
- Development and execution the digital marketing strategy across the group to achieve digital marketing objectives.

Essential skills:
- Educated to degree level in marketing, business or a related subject
- Significant experience in a similar digital marketing role

- Experience evaluating marketing strategies
