Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, analyse website performance, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and drive organic growth.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (such as LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage the supply/delivery and curation of compelling content for social media posts, blogs, and other digital channels to attract and engage target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SEO and social media marketing, and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential threats.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Degree in marketing (or equivalent), Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years minimum years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and developing engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
