Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Contribute to regional/local B2C/B2B marketing plans, providing market insights for campaign development
- Develop and implement marketing activities supporting global and local sales strategies, including local events and communications
- Coordinate input from LHG partners (e.g. JV Partners) for central tools and platforms.
- Manage local marketing budgets, handle invoicing, and track spending
- Generate content on product developments, partnerships, and corporate responsibility for B2C/B2B marketing channels
- Perform monthly evaluations of marketing campaigns to ensure continuous communication improvement and achieve sales targets
- Handle B2C and B2B newsletters (e.g. eXperts) (if applicable)
- Participation in other duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school certificate, A level/ Abitur or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Marketing
- Fluency in English and French required
- German language skills desirable
- Computer literate as user
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking
- Strong independent and proactive approach
- Strong decisiveness
- Excellent service / customer orientation
- Excellent innovative and open to change
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
- Strong cooperation skills/ team player
- Must possess a legal work permit in South Africa
- Assessment may be required
