As the Marketing Demand Generation Lead, you will spearhead their demand generation efforts and play a critical role in shaping their marketing strategy. Youll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale the marketing function from the ground up with a company that already has strong credibility in its market.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals. This includes identifying target audiences, creating buyer personas, and selecting the most effective channels and tactics.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Utilize content marketing, email marketing, social media, and other channels to attract and engage potential customers.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the sales cycle. Provide the sales team with high-quality leads and support lead nurturing efforts.
- Content Creation: Help create high-impact content, such as whitepapers, case studies, product overviews, and blog posts, that resonate with their target audience and establish their brand as a thought leader in the industry.
- Social Media: Develop and manage the social media calendar, creating social posts, including written copy and short videos, across all platforms, but with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Testing & Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance. Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI to inform and adjust strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in generating and nurturing leads through various marketing channels.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Hands-on experience with creating content for various campaigns across channels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret key performance metrics.

- Native fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
