Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee all social media platforms, including HootSuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, to connect with the audience.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality and engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Write and edit blog posts, articles, press releases, and other marketing materials.
- Email Marketing:Plan, execute, and analyse email campaigns using MailChimp.
- Segment email lists and customize content for different target audiences.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate, plan, and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to achieve objectives.
- Brand Campaigns and Sales Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of multiple brand campaigns and sales initiatives simultaneously.
- Administrative Tasks:Demonstrate strong administrative skills to support various marketing activities.
- Manage the general mailbox, ensuring timely responses and proper handling of inquiries.
- Conduct reconciliations and maintain accurate records of marketing expenses and transactions.
- Website Management: Oversee website maintenance and management, including content updates and SEO optimisation.
- Work with the Wix platform to implement necessary updates and improvements.
- Design and Creative Skills: Design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Canva is preferred; experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise Google Analytics to track website traffic and performance metrics.
- Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Google Ads Management: Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimise ad performance through keyword research, A/B testing, and ad copy optimisation.
- Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Utilise Microsoft Suite tools for various marketing tasks, including document creation, presentations, and data analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in HootSuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, MailChimp, Wix, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, Google
- Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
