Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firms goals and client needs, focusing on the 3 primary services offerings within the financial sector's unique aspects.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of creatives, including designers, copywriters, and social media experts, providing clear briefs, direction, and ensuring the execution aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet objectives, are delivered on time, and within budget. Work closely with the creative team to ensure content is compelling, accurate, and effectively communicates the firm's value proposition.
- Quality Control: Ensure all marketing materials and content uphold the firms standards for accuracy, professionalism, and effectiveness. Regularly review and provide feedback on marketing assets to maintain high-quality output.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the financial sector. Use insights to inform strategy adjustments and innovative marketing approaches.
- Client Relations: Act as the liaison between the marketing team and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring marketing efforts are closely aligned with client expectations and the firms service offerings.
- Vendor Relations: Manage vendor partnerships for outsourced marketing services (web development, SEO, Paid) and evaluate performance on a quarterly basis.
- You have developed and implemented marketing strategies that significantly contribute to the firm's growth, brand visibility, and client acquisition.
- Successfully led a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas and strategies are executed effectively.
- Ensured the delivery of high-quality marketing materials that resonate with the target audience, driving engagement and conversions.
- Established a process for continuous market analysis, allowing the firm to adapt quickly to changes in the financial sector and maintain a competitive edge.
- Match our marketing effort and brand with the sales process across the firm.
- Extensive experience in marketing strategy and team leadership within a relevant industry, preferably financial services or accounting.
- Have worked extensively with the sales team to coach, adjust and execute on the combined marketing and sales strategy for the firm.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and tactics, with the ability to guide creative teams in producing effective marketing assets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a knack for ensuring projects meet strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
- A proactive approach to market analysis and strategy adaptation, ensuring the firms marketing efforts are always ahead of the curve.
