Due to continued growth, our team continues to expand. We will be adding a remote, experienced Marketing Manager to our team on a part-time basis.
This associate role would ideally suit a freelance marketing professional available to commit around 10 hours a week to begin with. There is scope for these hours to grow in the future.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our HR consulting company. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
- Brand Management: Strengthen and protect our company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Content Marketing: Develop and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies, to position our company as a thought leader in the HR consulting industry.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to engage with our target audience and build relationships.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimize our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage and increase brand visibility.
- Event Marketing: Plan and execute targeted events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture qualified leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the HR consulting or professional services industry.
- IT Savvy: Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and platforms.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media campaigns.
- Content Creation: Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail, creating engaging content.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional virtual teams with associates to assist with marketing tasks.
