Job Title: Marketing & Administration Support

Main Purpose of the Role: Step into a key role where you'll drive our outbound marketing efforts and support our administrative functions. Join our small, vibrant team supplying machinery and equipment to the construction, power generation, and environmental sectors.

Marketing:
- Configure and optimize HubSpot for our company's needs.
- Cold call prospective clients and research industry contacts.
- Keep our HubSpot CRM up-to-date.
- Create and post engaging social media content.
- Plan and manage trade exhibitions and shows.
- Handle customer enquiries and liaise with the sales team.
- Raise quotations, process orders, and coordinate with external finance providers.
- Occasionally manage reception duties and main phone line.
- Liaise with suppliers and place purchase orders.
- Capture tasks and actions from meetings and discussions.
- Typical hours: 8:00am 5:00pm UK

Skills Youll Need:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (or a quick learner who can figure it out).
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple work streams.
