More About This Opportunity
As a Marketing Strategist at Augment, you will have a unique opportunity to conceptualize, lead and develop the execution of strategies across our client portfolio. You will have a capable, creative team of high performers; 4x designers and a project manager to collaborate with to bring your campaigns to fruition.
Your role is to command a valuable position in the team while providing creative, smart, considered and measurable campaign ideas that support our clients goals. You must be able to understand a brief, undertake relevant, thorough research and carry your ideas from concept to execution together with our team.
You are an ideal candidate if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Strategist
- Have a good understanding of a wide range of consumer touchpoints and channels (organic & paid).
- A genuine enthusiasm for research.
- Finger on the pulse of current trends and the ability to feed into consumer behavior.
- An eye for aesthetics and functional design
- A good knack for copywriting (short form)
- Good communication skills (both internally and externally)
- An ability to understand various audiences and adapt accordingly
- A strong understanding of sales funnels and consumer psychology.
- You think outside the box and consider yourself unconventional in your thoughts - while also being able to manage expectations, stick to a brief, and be realistic.
- You are a dynamic self-starter with acute attention to detail.
- Solution-focused and hard-working.
- Accountable for the creative vision and the standard of output for the agency and our clients.
- Crafting considered, thorough strategies that fire across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
- Pitching and presenting your ideas confidently and clearly internally and to clients.
- Analysing, reporting and implementing learnings from past campaigns.
- Managing and leading a team of overachievers, by inspiring, developing, and overseeing the creative team.
- Ensuring the success of multiple, concurrent projects from conception to completion within timelines.
- Research & analysis. You understand the importance of research and can analyze others and your own work to draw useful insights and learnings.
