Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are as follow:
  • Maintain manufacturing process documents for newly implemented machines.
  • Participate in BOM, asset, and tooling audits to uphold the accuracy of production data, aid in cost management, and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
  • Maintain BOM & Master data in line with cycle time in line with takt time and standard operations to establish manufacturing routines by releasing manufacturing process documents and process flowcharts.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by capitalizing on lessons learnt and provide best practices using tools like; process productivity analysis, improvements action plans, production equipment performance, trouble shooting and problem-solving process.
  • Maintain site layouts and updated with all new changes to ensure sound work practices.
  • Analysing and improving key business processes, work measurement, operational design and layout
  • Participate in process FMEA reviews.
  • Participate in new product launches, equipment installation, and process validation.
  • Ensure FES & HSE standards & processes are always met/ followed.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
  • 3-year National Diploma in ME Engineering
  • Computer literacy at Intermediate level essential
  • Have a sound understanding of Work study principles and Work measurement tools
  • A detail orientated person with analytical abilities and a structured and methodological way.
  • Dynamic and proactive behaviour.
  • Excellent people and teamwork skills
  • 70% overall achievement on full academic results
