Job Description:-
- Routine Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Assist senior mechanic in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment and manual techniques.
- Repair Work: Execute minor vehicle repairs, such as replacing belts, hoses, filters, and spark plugs.
- Assist with Inspections: Support in conducting vehicle inspections, identifying areas that require attention or repair, and providing recommendations.
- Assist with Major Repairs: Assist senior technician in more complex repairs, such as engine overhauls, transmission work, and electrical system repairs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers to discuss vehicle issues, explain repairs, and provide excellent customer service.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Tool Maintenance: Properly clean, store, and maintain tools and equipment.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Automotive vocational training or technical school coursework is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as a motor mechanic or vehicle service technician is preferred, but we are open to entry-level candidates with a strong interest in the automotive field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and equipment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
