Experience and Requirements:
BSc or BEng Degree, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (NQF 8/10)
4 years post qualification experience, in an industrial environment
Project management experience

Key Performance Areas:
Co-compile and execute strategies for improvement of plant availability and reliability
Optimize, maintain and manage maintenance systems for plants
Co-compile maintenance and reliability budgets and control expenditure of total cost of processes and consumables
Manage, execute and implement capital projects
Root cause analyses and advanced fault finding
Conduct detailed data analysis and integration to improve KPI??s
Work in close collaboration with production, maintenance and reliability teams to enhance performance of the plant
Training and mentoring of technicians and process experts
Conduct SHERQ responsibilities and manage risks to minimize exposure to safety, environmental and operational hazards within area of responsibility
