What The Person Must Be Able To Do

This role is in the Automotive Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

• Conceptualise and design automated machines for specific manufacturing tasks.
• Create detailed CAD models and prototypes, optimising machine performance and reliability.

• Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of automated machines.
• Advantageous: Integrate mechanical components with automation systems, selecting sensors, actuators, and controls.

Qualifications & Background Work Experience

• BTech, BSc or BEng in Mechanical Engineering
• Designed and integrated automated assembly line machines.
• Collaborated with electronics control experts to create autonomous machines.
• Resolved automation challenges through iterative prototyping and testing.
• Provided technical support for troubleshooting and upgrading existing automated machines.
• Advantageous: Internal Combustion Engines (How they work), HVAC Systems (How they work)
