Key Responsibilities:
- AutoCAD Design:
- Develop detailed HVAC system designs using AutoCAD software.
- Ensure designs adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet design objectives.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback and project changes.
- Tender Application Management:
- Prepare and complete tender application forms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
- Track and manage multiple tender applications concurrently.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in HVAC design.
- Provide technical support to the sales and project management teams during the tendering process.
- Conduct technical assessments to determine project feasibility and cost estimates.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain organized records of all design drawings, calculations, and tender documents.
- Generate reports and documentation as required for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress and updates effectively to team members and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC system design using AutoCAD software advantageous
